DMM I
 Introduction:

This is a comprehensive look at the requirements for being a man according to Psalm 15. The writing is challenging and captivating and the questions are enlightening to ones true reactions. The questions are meant to and do pose real-life everyday situations. As you progress through this study you will find out if you have the mettle that it takes to be called a man of God. And it proposes the question: Are you a man who can hang out on God's Holy Hill?

The reason for this study is to examine ourselves and see if we measure up. Are our lives equal to the Word of God? Are we living out the Word of God in our daily life? Are we an example of the Word of God?
We are going to learn to apply the Word of God to our daily lives by seeing if our lives match up to the Word of God. This study will involve taking a deep hard look at ourselves, our actions, how we treat others, how we act and react in certain situations and hopefully by doing so we will be able to answer this question: Do I measure up to “The Metal of a Man?” or. “Can I Hang Out on God’s Holy Hill?” Read Psalm 15

This study will entail:

1.Reading Scripture
2.Answering questions that will examine our lives through that Scripture
3.Writing down those answers
4.Sharing those answers in a confidential atmosphere with others
5.Taking action towards change that God shows us

We will be setting up in this study an atmosphere of:

1.Enlightenment through the Word of God
2.Encouragement from one another
3.Exampling change in our lives

This study is derived from Psalm 15: 1-5. (NIV) This psalm gives us, what I believe, is a perfect example and definition of The Metal of a Man. A man whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, speaks the truth from his heart, has no slander on his tongue, does his neighbor no wrong, casts no slur on his fellow man, a man who despises an evil man and yet honors those who fear the Lord, who keeps his oath even when it hurts, who lends his money without usury and does not accept a bribe against the innocent. This is the metal of a man. This is a man who is steadfast, cannot be moved and who can, as I like to put it, hang out on God’s holy hill.

Each week we will be taking one of these examples, applying it to our daily lives and asking the question, do I live this way. By doing this we will be able to allow God’s light to shine into our lives, show us what God is seeing and make the appropriate changes to live up to His Word.

My hope and prayer for this study is that we will become more aware of our actions not only those done in full view of others but also those done behind closed doors when no one else is watching. That we will come to a better understanding of the relationship that we have with our Heavenly Father and that we will be encouraged to live lives that will glorify Him.

DMM II
 Introduction:

The second letter of Peter encourages us to add to our faith, to our beliefs, seven very distinct and different character traits or attributes. Through these lessons we will examine each one individually and seek to define and to apply that characteristic to our lives. Simply written this study also gives the reader a multitude of scripture references to look up and learn from.

Welcome and thank you for joining this study, David’s Mighty Men, "Adding to Your Faith”. During the next several weeks I hope we accomplish many things:

We will learn that faith by itself is not all there is and that God has more for us and would have more from us than just believing although that is the beginning for all of us.
We will examine what God would have us add to our faith and why.
Each week there will be a separate topic with scripture readings and study questions for you to answer prior to the next meeting date

I have found that by looking up scripture, exploring the meaning of that scripture: Example: “What is God saying here? How do I apply this to my life?” We not only gain a better understanding of the scriptures themselves (and where they are located in the Bible) but also of who God is, how to hear his voice. (And we do hear His voice) and what He has in store for our lives.

My hope and prayer is that we will grow together in unity, (one body, one mind, one spirit), learn to rely on God for all our answers to life’s questions, and that those answers sometimes are given to us through other people who hear His voice and obey.

DMM IV
Introduction:

This study came from a desire to get to know that Person of God that we deal with now. God the Father is our Creator. Jesus the Son was His sacrifice. The Holy Spirit is who lives in us now. Wouldn't it be wise to get to know His Holy Spirit?

I call this study “THE MISSING PERSON OF GOD” because we sometimes forget that this is the Person of God that we are dealing with now, His Holy Spirit. Jesus said: “ ....I go to my Father.” John 14:12 “....It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.” John 16:7 Jesus was talking about the Holy Spirit, the manifestation of God that comes to live inside of us. Jesus said: “Abide in Me, and I in you....” John 15:4 Once again Jesus was referring to the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God, is that Person of God that lives in us and makes us alive, that gives us life. Paul wrote: “....it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me;...” Gal. 2:20 Paul was speaking of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus also told His disciples to wait in Jerusalem because they were to receive power. Acts 1:4&8. Jesus was talking about the Holy Spirit, that Person of God that resides inside of each of us that gives us power to do His will on earth. John the Baptist said of Jesus “...this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.” John 1:33. The Holy Spirit is that third Person of God that we will be getting to know, deeply intimately and personally, during this study, His Holy Spirit.
In the Book of John, chapters 14-17, Jesus speaks of the Holy Spirit on several occasions as separate and apart from Himself, while also in those same chapters Jesus makes the same reference back to Himself. Which lets us know that while They are different They are also still the same.

As we are engaged in this study, about the Holy Spirit let us be mindful that God comes in three parts or better put three persons. The three Persons are all separate and all equal and yes with all the same attributes and power, one is the same as the other, but different to the extent that They have different functions in our daily lives. God the Father, the Creator; Jesus the Son, God in the flesh, God’s sacrifice. And for this study The Holy Spirit, Emmanuel, God with us, God in us, Christ in you, the power of God in your daily lives.

My prayer now is this: for you will come to a deeper knowledge of whom your God is and what He has in store for your life. That you will get to know on a more personal level the Holy Spirit of God, The Person God that resides in you, who comforts you,who helps you and who does battle for you on your behalf. Amen.

DMM III
 Introduction:

This study was written with the intent of getting to know our Father in heaven. We serve and follow the One and only true God. Knowing Him was a part of Jesus' last prayer for us. (John 17:3) As we take a look at the 26 different verses from Our Daily Devotional Reading "Who is the Great I Am" we will begin to get a clearer picture of just who God truly is. This study, while insightful, poignant and very direct at times is never boring. Just like our Father.

THE GOAL of this study, “David’s Mighty Men III ~ Who is The Great I AM?” is to gain knowledge of and recognize who our God is. First in His word, the Bible; and second, in our daily lives. Additionally who He is not because we do not allow Him to be who He should be in our daily lives.

The question therefore is: Are we letting God be Himself in our daily lives?
~or~
Are we missing His benefits and blessings by not recognizing and giving Him recognition for His works and His miracles (great and small) as we go about our daily lives?

FOREMOST, WE MUST SEE WHO GOD IS IN HIS WORD.

THIS STUDY AND DISCUSSION will offer a deeper and more personal understanding of who He really is by recognizing what He has done for us, how He has treated us, how He continues to treat us and all He will do for us, and thereby truly understanding who is “The GREAT I AM.”

THEREFORE, my prayer for each participant is that each one will come to a deeper, more personal understanding of who our God is; who He is in our lives and what He has done for each one of us; and that we will obtain a new awareness, a deeper knowledge, and a better understanding of God’s love.

Also, I prayerfully ask God to grant each participant a more fruit filled life, a more personal walk with our Father in Heaven, our Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior, and our Friend. Always bringing us to the knowledge that His word does not change, that He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and that if He saved us yesterday, He will save us tomorrow and that GOD IS WORTHY OF OUR TRUST AND FAITH.

DMM V
 Introduction:

A good continuation and addition to Part I. This study shows us more of the actions of the Holy Spirit. To get to know the spirit of a man is to get to know the inner man, his true self. Likewise, while getting to know God wouldn't it be a good idea to get to know His Spirit, His Inner-Self, and His true heart-felt desires for us? Getting to know His Spirit it’s a good idea for today.

I call this study “MISSING IN ACTION”, because we sometimes forget that this is the Person of God that we are dealing with now and that is Who is acting out His life through us (Paul said: "it is not longer I who live but Christ who lives in me"), His Holy Spirit. Jesus said: “ ....I go to my Father.” John 14:12 “....It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.”John 16:7 Jesus was talking about the Holy Spirit, the manifestation of God that comes to live inside of us.

Jesus also told His disciples to wait in Jerusalem because they were to receive power.Acts 1:4&8.

The three Persons are all separate and all equal and yes with all the same attributes and power. One is the same as the other, but different to the extent that They have different functions in our daily lives. God the Father the Creator; Jesus the Son God in the flesh, God’s sacrifice.

And for this study The Holy Spirit, "Missing in Action" or God with us, God inside of us, Christ in you, the power of God in your daily lives. 1 Corinthians 2:9-12 "But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God."

My prayer now is this: that you will come to a deeper knowledge of whom your God is and what He has in store for your life. That you get to know on a more personal level the Holy Spirit of God. That Person that resides in you, that comforts you, that helps you and that does battle for you on your behalf. That Person that guides and instructs you empowers you and even gives you the very words to speak that will glorify Him. Amen.

DMM VI
 Introduction:

Take a journey with us through this intensive study as we examine the changes that occurred and the promises that were fulfilled when you got saved. The Bible promises a new life, health, and an inheritance, but a change needs to occur from the old to the new. We will be delving into the depths of the mysteries-of-the-ages revealed. Find out what a new creation is. Say hello to the Holy Spirit each day. Understand your position as a Child-of-God. Learn how to accept your Authority-in-Christ-Jesus. Receive your mission. Enjoy Eternal Life Forever!

So here you are. You've heard the Word, you have gotten the message, you were convicted in your heart, you repented, you were baptized and you got saved. But what really happened? Do you know what really took place? Do you really know what wonderful, fabulous things took place in your life when you got saved? Do you know what has actually taken place with the remission of your sins and what mighty and glorious benefits came into your life with the receiving of the Holy Spirit? You got saved, but what really happened?

Over the next twelve+ weeks we will take a close look at twelve aspects or twelve things that happened to you at the time of your salvation. You got saved but what did you get saved from? What did salvation and the action of getting saved, really do for you?

The Bible is full of explanations and definitions and examples of what took place when you got saved. You were given God's Spirit. The God of the entire universe is now in your body. You became His son. You were given eternal life you can not die. You were healed, made whole and you were given an inheritance.

You were given authority over Satan and you were made a new creature. You were given a new home, a new birth and even God Himself has given you a purpose and a mission. You have not been left alone or without direction. You got saved but this is what really happened.

The purpose and goals of this study is to gain a better and more thorough understanding of just actually what took place when you got saved. What more specifically all this means, how to apply these truths to your life and how to help others understand what happens when they get saved. Jesus never meant for us to keep this salvation experience, our getting saved, to ourselves.

You will be encouraged to read through each lesson, one per week. Look up and write down all prescribed scripture reading references. You will want to answer the questions at the end of each week's lesson and then share those answers in a confidential group discussion setting. This will help you understand what you have read, how you can apply what you have learned to your life and you can begin to have confidence to share your understanding with others.

My prayer for you during this study is that you will become more aware of the power and privileges along with the blessings and the eternal and absolute changes that have taken place in you and for you now that you got saved. I pray that your knowledge and experiences of that salvation will increase and that your love for God will grow to have no boundaries and no hindrances and that no sacrifice on your part will ever be too great for

An Old Message For A New Generation Introduction:

Ever wanted to share the Gospel but didn’t know quite what to say? Do you have a desire to share Jesus Christ with someone and don’t know exactly how to start? Have you ever been afraid to share the Gospel because you were not sure how someone else might react? This 8 week Bible Study will help give you a heart to evangelize the lost. Remember when you first believed? Learn why it’s important to share that gospel message now. Let go of the fear and let God change your heart.

Shortly after attending a 2006 October conference in Palestine Texas “The Glory of the Cross” the Lord gave me this simple yet profound word for a new generation of Christians that He is raising up from the old days and out of the old ways. Amen.

I give this word to you now with the hopes and prayers that it will encourage you and instill in you a drive and a heart for those that are lost and for those that God wants to be found.
◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙◙
“We need to learn to evangelize again, to have the heart to tell people about Jesus Christ.
We need to have a heart for evangelism. It should be our desire to tell people about Jesus Christ."

We need to know that people need Jesus Christ.
We need to know & tell again that Jesus came to save us from condemnation, [John 3:18-19] that all of us have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. [Romans 3:23] But God demonstrated His love to us [Romans 5:28] in that He sent His only Son [John 3:16] to die on a cross [Philippians 2:8] to take the punishment, [1Peter 2:24; Revelation 1:5] to pay for our sins, [1Corinthians 15:3; Galatians 1:4; Colossians 1:20] to take them away [Colossians 2:14; 1 John 3:5] and restore the relationship between God and man. [Ephesians 2:16; 2Corinthians 5:18-20]

The Gospel is: Jesus came to save sinners. Jesus came to bring us back to God, to make us right with God, to restore us back to God. So we can be with Him. [Revelation 21:3]

We need to know that it is time to stop making the Gospel about ourselves and concentrating on ourselves and what we can get and start having a heart for the lost.

We have for too long in the church made the Gospel about what’s-in-it-for-me and we have to know that it is now time to take the Gospel of Salvation to the lost.

God grew up a generation of believers and now it’s time for that generation to be sent out. We have learned about and enjoyed our blessings but now it is time to give that blessing to others and that blessing starts with Jesus Christ crucified on the cross.”

As you read through and meditate on these scriptures, please allow God to work on your heart. Allow Him to show you how He can best help you turn to this new direction for the life you are now living. Let God bring you to a place where, as Jesus gave His life for others, this will also become what is most important, not only in our lives, but to our lives, the salvation of the lost. For us to desire to save those, out of, who are caught and lost in sin, for the Glory of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 61)

Calling In The Latter Day Rains Introduction:

In this 4 week Bible Study we take an in-depth look at why we should be praying for the latter day rains, what did Jesus say about the latter days, and how do I live in these latter day times? This Bible study will help encourage and inspire, on the inside of you, the need and the desire to read, to pray, to meditate on God’s Word, to hear what He is saying to yourself, to the church, and even to the nation. And then as the Bible says in Habakkuk 2:3 ….. Write It Down.

I was headed to a conference in Queretaro, Mexico in October of 2009 to hear from the Lord. I was dry as a bone in my spirit. I was not even sure what I was going to be offering for the next David’s Mighty Men monthly studies. And I desperately needed to hear from the Lord.

Now, while I was at the conference the Lord did speak to me and He gave me a word for this nation. He said, “It is time to call in the latter rains”. The Lord was saying to me that this nation is in trouble and we need to begin to call out to Him for His intervention into our lives, the lives of our churches and for the very life of this nation.

Zechariah 10 & Psalm 2 are the scriptures that the Lord was giving to me.

While I was driving to work a couple of weeks later I was still asking of the Lord, “what was I going to do for a next Bible study?” And interestingly enough the Lord said “preach about calling in the later rains”. The Lord was telling me to preach the word He had just given be me.

The Lord God had given me the word about “Calling-In The Latter Rain”. And then He told me to write down that word and to send out that word. And then when I was still dry and was calling out to Him again He rained inside of me and told me to preach and to teach on the latter rain.

Because I sought Him “seek first the kingdom of God” (Matthew 6:33) I heard Him…. “Those that have ears let them hear.” (Matthew 13:9) And now I’m doing what He said. “Go and tell them.” (Ezekiel 3:11)

Rain is good for everything. It gives growth to what God has planted. It gives refreshment during a time of dryness. It will even wash away the dirt.

Rain represents a time of cleansing a time of need and if you need cleansing, then it also means you’re dirty. Or at least something is dirty, that does need cleaning. And we have now been called into a time of calling-in this latter rain.

Rain refreshes and gives much needed sustenance so things can grow that have been previously planted.

Rain causes the soil to open up. Hard soil is now made soft and able to be planted into. So now there will be an even later and greater continued harvest.

Rain represents the pouring out of His Spirit, Him coming to visit upon us for a time. And the rain represents His Glory, His Presence, and His Kingdom. So it doesn’t just rain but it pours.

I heard this from one of the speakers at the conference while in Queretaro: “Some will just enjoy the rain. But others like our selves will call in the rain.” Are you ready to call in the latter rains?
Give Me 30 Days
Introduction:

This 30 day devotional or 30 day Bible study is meant to do just that; it gives you something to devote yourself to and to study for the next 30 days or 31 days if you take the last day’s challenge. For the next 30 days, with each new day, will be a new word to look at and study. Words like: salvation, repentance, hope, faith and glory, sin, life and choice. These words have meaning to our life and to our relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Get started today.

Give me 30 days and I’ll give you a brand new you? How about, 30 days to greatness or 30 days to glory? Change your life in 30 days or 30 easy steps to a brand new walk with Jesus? Give me 30 days and I promise…..or this new program or that new Bible study or the latest and greatest book on how to succeed at being a successful Christian?

I don’t make promises and I don’t promise success. I don’t guarantee a new outstanding life where everyone likes you and you like yourself and all dreams come true. This is not a fairy tale and this is not a little book of promises. (but I have read both) This is not about saying three prayers three times a day and on the third day all will be well. And that is not to say that God can’t, doesn’t or won’t answer some of the strangest requests that we tend to throw His way. Amen. (John 14:13)

This is to say that I have found that there are in most cases overall and generally speaking no quick fixes, no overnight successes. Jesus Himself said that if they hate you they have already hated Me. (John 15:18) He said you will have tribulations in the world, but I have overcome the world. (John 16:33) All this is just to say, that I have found there are normally no quick fixes, but I also know that whatever we go through Jesus has already been through. (Hebrews 2:18, 4:14-16) That whatever we may be having a problem with that He is there to go through it with us and that we are never left alone. Amen (John 14:18 & Matthew 28:19)

This 30 day devotional or 30 day Bible study is meant to do just that; it gives you something to devote yourself to and to study for the next 30 days or 31 days if you take the last day’s challenge. But don’t turn to it now.

For the next 30 days with each new day will be a new word to look at and study. Words like: salvation, repentance, hope, faith and glory, sin, life and choices. These words have meaning to our life and to our relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.

This book is not about quick fixes. The reason for this study is get you in the Word, the Bible, reading, and thinking and praying and yes even declaring the Word of God out-loud. (John 17:17 & Isaiah 55:11)

There are no promises to this daily devotional. But I can say this, that if you spend time in the Word, the Bible, reading and praying and asking God to help you understand what you are reading and applying what you learn to your life you will grow. Amen.

You will grow in understanding the things of God. (Ephesians 1:17-19) You will grow in getting to know Him our Lord and Savior, the Creator of heaven and earth, Jesus Christ of Nazareth more. (John 17:20-21 & 1 John 5:20) You will grow in your faith, (Romans 10:17) in what you believe (Mark 9:23 & John 11:40 & Hebrews 11:6) and you will get to know more of what the Bible says and that is not a small thing. Amen.

So set aside some time each day, open your Bible say a little prayer and ask God to show you what He wants you to see. Read thru the message, look up and read the verses in your own Bible, (even if some are already written-out) think about the questions and how they might apply to your life. And then add them there.

My prayer for you during this time is that God will give you wisdom and understanding and revelation of Himself. That He will open your eyes to see His will for your life. And that you will find your answer to all questions in Him and in His ways. Amen.

Jesus His Gospel His Church
Introduction:

Over a number of weeks I heard the Lord speak to me on several different topics all relating to Jesus, His Church, His Gospel our relationship with Him and how Jesus is presented and represented these days, not only by the Church, the Body of Christ, but by also by this nation-America.

For each subject the Lord gave me I wrote a simple article. I believe the inspiration for these Articles as I call them, did come from the leading of the Holy Spirit. I do allow for correction as needed and I know when repentance comes the outcome can and does change. God is never limited, even to His own words.

I am hoping you will be inspired by these articles, that they stir you up, that they will give you boldness, that they even make you question, not your belief in Jesus as Savior and Lord, but how we represent Him, His Word, the Bible, the Church-His Body and even this nation. I know at times these articles may even convict you of short comings and wrong beliefs in your own life-but that’s a good thing.

These articles are written with a no-holds-bar sense of urgency because that is what I feel in my heart is needed today and I do not apologize if they are more confronting than they are, what‘s the term the church of today likes to use -positive- or -makes you feel good. The Word of the Lord can be very confronting and very strong in conviction, in term, in terminology, in what is spoken, in what is written and especially to our hearts, which at times need to be broken.

Please take these articles, read them over carefully and ask the Holy Spirit to show you what He wants you to do.

David's Mighty Men
Our Daily Devotional
Introduction:

Read out loud each day for encouragement and to remind yourself of Who God Is, What God Does, and Who We Are Now because of His great work in us.

Please remember that this daily devotional is meant as an encouragement, and as a reminder to ourselves, of Who Our God Is, what are, just a few, of some of the Wonderful Things Our God Does, and a beginning start to learn of Who God Has Made Us and How He See Us Now that we are saved.

There are no magical quick fixes. Simply by reading this daily devotional out-loud or even silently to yourself, will not cure all issues in your life and it was not written with the intent to do so.

But, by spending time with God daily, reading and believing His Word, and applying that to your life, whether you use this devotional or another or no devotional guide at all, but by spending time with Him, will help you build your faith in Him and will help you get to know who is the Lord God, our Father, and Supreme Judge and Creator, and Giver of Life Everlasting, and His Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior the Messiah and Lamb of God our Great Redeemer and His Holy Spirit sent to comfort and guide us and remind us of Who He Is. Amen. Remember: Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word. And it doesn’t hurt to learn to give Him, Our Lord, glory, out-loud. Amen.

When we give Our God the time He deserves in our daily life, then He can begin to work in our daily life. So, with all humility and the utmost sincerity and with every blessing and promise from God, may this daily devotional be used with that purpose and that purpose alone, to help get you started in a daily walk with our Lord and Gracious Savior Jesus Christ the Messiah. He’ll take care of the rest. Amen.

The Help Sheets
Introduction:

The Bible says for you to confess with your mouth and believe in your heart. {Romans 10:9-10} Scripture tells us that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. {Romans 10:17} The Book of Proverbs states that life and death are in the power of the tongue. {Proverbs 18:21} So, let’s learn to confess with our mouth, have faith in our hearts and bless those that curse us. Amen. {Matthew 5:44}

These Help Sheets were designed to encourage you to speak the Word of God out loud. They were written with the design to help you learn to encourage yourself. They were written to help build your faith in and through the Word of God. To let good words come out of your mouth. To stir up the gift that is with in you. {2 Timothy 1:6}

By giving you an opportunity to practice what Jesus put into action, when He was up against the devil in the wilderness. Jesus spoke out against what the devil was saying by quoting scripture. {Matthew 4:1-11} By confessing with His mouth the truth and not accepting the lies the devil was saying.

When we begin to speak the Word of God out loud over our lives and over the lives of our families we give our selves the chance to begin to change, to be encouraged to be lifted up to be stirred up and to be filled up. Amen. {Ephesians 5:18}

When we begin to hear the Word of God this can help build our faith in God, in His Scriptures. {2 Timothy 3:16-17} When we hear the truth spoken over our lives we can begin to experience the blessings those words carry. Amen.

Can I just tell you from my own experience that I used to stand in my living room pull out the Daily Devotional or a few of the Help Sheets and I would begin to just read out loud. I read through “Who Is The Great I Am”, I read through and declared “What Does God Do” I would remind myself of how God saw me with “I Am Who I Am.” And then I would make a declaration to the world and to all the demons of hell and the angels of God that were listening and even to God Himself I felt myself speaking, with the “Daily Affirmation”. I would encourage myself with “Why I Should Say I Can” and I would remind myself in what the Word of God was saying with “It Is Written”. I was building my faith in the Word by hearing the Word.

As Paul wrote to Timothy {2 Timothy 1:6} I was stirring myself up. And by the end of 15 or 20 minutes of reading, of declaring, boy was I ever stirred up. Amen. I felt joyous, I felt on fire, and I felt strong in the Spirit. What a way to start your day!!!

It’s a good practice to get into, to start your day with confessing the truth. To start your day with building yourself up in the faith by hearing the Word spoken, even if and especially if you’re the one doing the speaking. Amen.

Jesus quoted scripture and we should get in that habit too. Amen.

Paul reminded Timothy to continue reading the scriptures publicly. {1 Timothy 4:13 NIV} I am encouraging you to get in this same habit and you can get started with a little help from these Help Sheets that follow.

Begin to read out-loud the Help Sheets, and Our Daily Devotional. Put a set in your car for those long traffic lights put one by the nightstand for a little encouragement at the end of the day. Put one in the living room next to a reading lamp. I like to have one in the Throne Room, or the Reading Room some call it, you know that place you sit from time to time where you read your other magazines. With this reading though comes great results. This reading will do wonders for you. Keep one at your desk at work and encourage yourself throughout the day. Begin to confess the Word of God out loud. Remember: “Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.” Learn to encourage yourself. Be filled with the Holy Spirit. Amen.

SHARING THE GOSPEL
Booklet

How to use the Gospel tracts:

Sharing the gospel can be an intimidating and even scary situation. But it should not be. The message of The Gospel is a message of everlasting life, (John 10:28 and 17:23) of eternal life, of forgiveness of sins and of a loving relationship with God. Sharing that message with others should be at the forefront of our lives. (Mark 16:15) You hold the key to everlasting life, and you have been given that key by God himself. He chose you to share this message. If you are a follower of Jesus then you have been called to tell others what God has done for you and what He wants to do for others. (2 Corinthians 5: 18-20) (Revelation 12:11)

So, how do we do this, this sharing of the Gospel with others? I have found one of the easiest ways is by the use of Gospel Tracts. What is a Gospel tract? A gospel tract is a simple brochure that conveys the message of the Gospel. What I like to call the Simple Gospel. I believe the Apostle Paul said it best in 1 Corinthians 15:3-4.

This booklet is a handy guide on how to share The Gospel, How to use the Gospel Tracts and the Gospel Booklet The Gospel Message.
ARE YOU A GOOD PERSON?

Take the Test

Your First Name____________________________

1.Have you ever told a Lie? YES _____NO____

2.Have you ever Stolen anything? YES _____NO____

3.Have you ever Dishonored your parents? YES _____NO____

4.Have you ever looked at a woman/man with Lust? YES _____NO____

5.Have you ever taken the Lords Name in Vain? YES _____NO____

What do we call a person who lies? __________

What do we call a person who steals? __________

The Bible says the children / person who dishonor their parents are Rebellious.

Jesus said that if you look at a woman/man and have lust in your heart you are an Adulterer.

A person who takes the Lord’s name in Vain, God says is a Blasphemer. This is very serious

So by your own words you’re a Lying, Thieving, Rebellious, Adulterer and Blasphemer at heart. Does that sound like a Good Person?

Now the Bible says we will all be Judged.

Hebrew 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment
2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

So, based on what we know now will you be Guilty______ or Not Guilty_____? (1 John 1:18 If we say, “We have no sin,” we are deceiving ourselves, and the
truth is not in us.)

The Bible says we are all Guilty:
Romans 3:10-12 There is no one righteous, not even one. There is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. All have turned away; all together have become unprofitable. There is no one who does what is good, not even one.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. In this we are all equally Guilty!

Now God can’t let sin go unpunished- Psalm 7:11 God is a just judge, And God is angry with the wicked every day.
Psalm 21:9 You shall make them as a fiery oven in the time of Your anger; The LORD shall swallow them up in His wrath, And the fire shall devour them.
John 3:36 He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him.

So, at this point I ask you, should you now be afraid of God’s wrath? Yes_____ No_____
(Romans 3:18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”)

How will you pay for your Guilt, Your crimes against God? Now God does not want to leave us in our sin.

But the Bible Also Says  THERE IS GOOD NEWS:
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 5:6&8 For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly and But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

John 3:15-17  that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
Acts 2:21 AND IT SHALL BE THAT EVERYONE WHO CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.

So, This is the TRUTH:

You are Guilty, but God made a way and that way is Jesus Christ. I want to leave you with this last thought:

1 Timothy 2:3-5 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.

REMEMBER: ALL WHO CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.

Thank you for taking the survey.
